Meet Racquel

Hi there, I’m Racquel Knight! I’m a Certified Hypnotist, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and an expert in integrative rapid change work and health coaching. I have a master’s degree in health and wellness coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly known as Traditional Acupuncture Institute (TAI) Sophia). I’m a retired active-duty U.S. Air Force language and analyst and the founder of Hypnosis Columbia, which was established in October 2013.

Over the last 12 years, we’ve conducted thousands of individual and group hypnosis sessions, helping ordinary people, just like you. My mission is to educate and to help others make changes in their lives using their own minds! We can work as quickly or as slowly as you’d like.With our unique blend of skills, knowledge, and experience, we bring a no-nonense approach, sprinkled with common-sense and compassion. We’ll help you to uncondition what needs to be unconditioned and condition into your brain structures what will you serve you optimally in achieving or en route to exceeding your goals!
